Sustainability:

We are committed to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment – in our factories, on site and in our offices – and are accredited to ISO14001:2015 for Environmental Management.

All waste from our factories is recycled or composted and our products have a low environmental impact and far exceed current Environmental Performance Requirements for energy conservation and emissions.

Community:

We recognise the importance of preserving local traditions by supporting local businesses wherever possible and adopting a responsible approach to the impact of our business on the community around us.

Premier is also committed to supporting charities and initiatives – both regionally and nationally.

People:

We aim to provide a safe and fulfilling work environment; promoting teamwork coupled with the sharing of best practice to allow individuals to excel, be respected, valued and able to develop within the business. We expect adherence to good, strong and honest business ethics and practice.
