Design and Planning
Our inhouse design team can assist with all aspects of the design process using advanced digital technology – from initial concept and managing the planning process to detailing, incorporating low and zero carbon options, Building Regulations compliance, testing, and delivery.
Our offsite specialists will assess your site and organise ground surveys to develop the best solution for your building project.
Working with leading architectural practices we push the boundaries to develop quality offsite solutions for landmark, statement buildings that complement existing architecture, as well as more functional temporary or permanent buildings according to your budget and requirements.
Based on a 37-acre site, our modular buildings are expertly manufactured in-house, using advanced digital technology and lean manufacturing techniques. This gives us complete control over quality, budget, carbon footprint, and programme.
We generate zero waste to landfill in our production processes and use renewable energy to power our five factories. Each building is manufactured to precise tolerances which reduces air permeability so you can benefit from lower running costs and energy efficiency.
Our workforce of over 300 staff give us the ability to flex our capacity by adding extra shifts to meet peaks in demand.
We have a certified Integrated Management System in place which combines ISO9001 – quality, ISO45001 for health and safety management, and ISO14001 – environmental management.
This has established a robust framework to help drive continuous improvement across our business – including quality, health and safety, energy efficiency, and waste management.
Our quality assurance team reviews the quality of build, technical elements against drawings, and workmanship. Every module we manufacture has its own quality detailing and sign off procedures, giving you complete peace of mind.
The scope of our ISO9001 accreditation is for the design, manufacture, and installation of modular buildings for both permanent and temporary applications. Our stringent processes across the business manage quality in line with this accreditation and includes quality checks at every stage of manufacturing.
We are also accredited to EN1090-1 and 2 for steel and aluminium structures, meeting European standards for Construction Products Regulation.
We have a team of expert project managers supported by our procurement and logistics teams.
We can work as principal contractor and have an established network of supply chain partners to undertake elements such as groundworks, cladding, and landscaping.
We have the flexibility to work as the offsite manufacturing partner to your project team or contractor. We can also accommodate your own subcontractors in our factory if required, to further reduce work on site.
We take customer service very seriously and have a dedicated aftercare team in place.
Every single one of our sites is different – whether bespoke offsite construction or temporary modular projects. This means we have a tailored approach to our aftercare services.
We offer customer-facing interaction, with proactive site visits to support the first stages of major projects. We also provide bespoke maintenance services to suit your specific requirements.
Our expert team of maintenance partners is in place across the UK to deliver a local rapid response to ensure your building remains operational.
We can manage all your compliance and planned maintenance requirements to help you reduce your overall building costs.
This includes managing maintenance of electrical, fire, gas, water, air conditioning and internal or external building fabric – allowing you to focus on the day-to-day operation of your organisation or business.
