The Brief

A major data provider wanted to build its second data centre in North Amsterdam (Hollands Kroon, Middenmeer) to expand its cloud footprint.

With construction of the new data centre starting in 2020, and estimated to finish in 2024, Mace Group – the global construction company delivering the project – needed first class office and welfare facilities, which were bespoke to it’s site team’s needs as the project developed

The Mace team needed two temporary buildings: the Oasis building (delivered in 2021) and the Main Works building (handed over at the end of August 2022).
