How long will Aftercare be provided for my modular building?

Aftercare will be provided for the full rental period of your modular building. If you’ve chosen a permanent modular building, Aftercare will be on hand for 12 months post completion.

How do I contact Aftercare?

You will be provided a dedicated Aftercare Representative for your project who will be available via email and phone. If you can’t find their contact details, please email aftercare@premiermodular.co.uk or call us on 0800 316 0888.

Can I increase my maintenance and service package?

Yes. All our maintenance packages are bespoke, and you can increase your level of coverage at any time. Speak to your Aftercare Representative for more details.

Is there an option to take out a damage waiver?

A damage waiver can be taken out for the full rental period of your modular building.

What happens if we have a problem with our modular building?

One of our fully qualified service technicians will be on hand to fix any problems you might have. Our responses are always timely and reliable.
