Building a luxury new hotel in the heart of London, the group behind The Peninsula needed temporary accommodation to house its workforce whilst demolition of all existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment work was carried out. 

Offices for New Train Manufacturing Facility

High quality project offices were required by Siemens Mobility for the development and construction of a new £200m train manufacturing plant and rail supply chain village in Goole.

Mount Anvil

As central London’s most respected residential developer, celebrated for their high-quality homes throughout the city, Mount Anvil needed office and welfare facilities they could depend on during their expansion into Manchester. Located on the busy canal side, the temporary building required expert fit out and experience to ensure it ran smoothly.

Hinkley Point C Accommodation Complexes

Building the UK’s first nuclear power station since 1995, the £20bn Hinkley Point development required comprehensive facilities with the highest levels of health and safety standards to complete the high-risk project. The use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) was required to ensure the project was as efficient as possible, reducing costs and providing a seamless data flow. With a 5,600 cohort of staff, attracting and retaining the vast and specialist workforce was also a top priority.
