The Modern Slavery Act 2015

Premier strictly prohibits the use of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

We are committed to social responsibility and have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. As part of this commitment, we comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and prohibit the use of forced, bonded (including debt bondage) or indentured labour, involuntary prison labour, slavery or trafficking of persons. Furthermore we hold our supply chain accountable in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and consider each supplier’s conduct when awarding and/or renewing business with the supplier.  A copy of our signed Modern Slavery Transparency Statement can be downloaded at the foot of this page.
