This highly efficient light gauge steel frame based, factory engineered product is constructed by skilled assembly teams rather than traditionally skilled tradesmen. This opens up the possibility of significantly contributing to the housing shortage without the need for finding more scarce traditional resource not available in the UK.
Our volumetric home, designed, developed and built off-site in our factory, is HQI and LABC compliant; Lifetime Homes approved and equivalent to Code for Sustainable Housing Level 4. The housing product meets all 5 main elements for a BRE Green Guide Rating of B or above and has many other sustainable options available. With a proven low environmental impact, the savings in energy consumption helps residents avoid fuel poverty and rent arrears. To ensure houses are fully mortgageable Premier offers a 10 year insurance backed warranty package through Checkmate.
Our 3-bedroom 2-storey detached show home is 88m2, giving light and airy rooms including a family bathroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, WC and ample storage space. The building is clad in a mixture of brick slip and lightweight render for aesthetically pleasing detail. Premier’s housing product is extremely flexible though and can be adapted to form bungalows, semi-detached and terraced houses or apartments up to 7-storeys high.
A variety of internal and external finishes available to match client aspirations, meet planning requirements and achieve budgets. External finishes include masonry, stone, render, timber cladding, metal cladding and rain-screen - and we can also easily incorporate balconies, dormers and much more.
