Ballymore Group was keen to Hire Premier’s newest, cost effective and high quality Transline Plus product for their City Island project. This product features 2.7m ceiling heights and 12m clear span working as standard creating a great working environment. This was ideal in the provision of 6 modular bays used as office accommodation. The building was finished with a full height vinyl wrapping displaying the clients branding.

Premier’s Transline Plus product was ideal for the project requirements for a three storey office and welfare facility. The complex comprised 6 modular bays of 12.2m x 3m clear span, an induction room, office space, meeting room and WC facilities. The building was provided complete with an enclosed external staircase. All double and single doors were fitted with vision panels and UPVC windows fitted into the building.
