Due to the superb working environment provided by their temporary buildings, Premier Modular Limited was appointed by Lend Lease to supply 18 Interlink Modular Bays to be used as a 3 Storey Office and Welfare building to service the main construction period.
Premier’s extensive experience of complex inner city installations meant Lend Lease could be confident in their choice of supply chain partner, ensuring the facilities were delivered within a tight timetable.
The major scheme - The Big Red Workplace will offer 242,000 sq ft of smarter, bigger, brighter space built to meet the needs of today’s occupier. This office space has been designed to accommodate one to 29 tenants, with the floor plates and servicing providing the maximum level of flexibility.
Connecting the office spaces and the development as a whole to the local community, the project includes a business lounge at ground level and a café that will also be open to the public. 245 Hammersmith Road will be much more than just an office building; it creates a destination with modern working and lifestyle trends.
Premier used their Interlink product for this project creating an adaptable building. The client has the option to extend and add floors to reconfigure for future expansion plans.
