HR Administrator – FTC 12 Months

 

Location: Brandesburton, East Yorkshire
Reports To: HR Manager

 

The Role:

To support the full HR department with administrative support across all activities

Own the low level & factory recruitment activities supported by HR advisor

 

Experience, Qualifications & Training:

  • CIPD level 3 preferable
  • Strong analytical background, comfortable dealing with Data
  • ERP/HR systems knowledge
  • Proficient Microsoft user
  • Comfortable in client facing roles and picking up the phone and speaking to people

 

Principle Accountabilities

  • Liaise with production/factory weekly to review labour manning needs with support from HR advisor
  • Create & Monitor factory agency labour PSL & maintain factory agency worker spreadsheet
  • Send out all new starter information including ID verification requests
  • Reference requests
  • Manage the IFS system for starter and leaver input
  • Own all Sabercom related activity including birthday announcements & internal adverts
  • Own the full Personnel file actions including creation, maintenance and removal of leavers
  • Complete all P file Audits across new starters & existing audit compliance checks
  • Conduct Exit Interview with hourly staff
  • Monthly driving licence checks, right to work checks & BPSS/DBS administration
  • Support Training co-ordinator in completing both hourly and salaried inductions
  • Raise and receipt all HR related PO’s
  • Check invoice on Hold reports for any outstanding invoices
  • Create and maintain all induction and starter packs and ensure a minimum of 2 of each are always available
  • Manage & Control probationary tracker report and ensure managers are notified of any 1- & 3-month reviews that need completing.
  • Control all workwear and branded clothing given out by HR and track inventory and spend accordingly
  • Birthday list reports & monitoring consents
  • Complete any other small HR project related activity such as Employee Appreciation Day, hog roast & Christmas party support.
  • Note taking across all HR meetings including disciplinary & grievance meetings
  • Any other administrative HR duties as advised by HR Manager or Head of HR.
  • Update the disciplinary & grievance records in ERP system
  • Be a secondary back up for payroll processing and support.
