Location: Brandesburton, East Yorkshire
Reports To: Permanent Space Divisional Director
The Role:
To provide administration support to the wider Perm function supporting each department with specific departmental admin support.
Experience, Qualifications & Training:
- Willingness to complete level 3 business administration apprenticeship
- Maths & English GCSE above C/7.
- Strong Microsoft skills – Word & Excel.
Principle Accountabilities
- Administration support for sales, commercial, design, estimating and operations department
- Record keeping, storing of files, contract and document control & reconciliation
- Diary management
- First point of contact for some clients via telephone – customer service skills and telephone confidence required.
- Support purchase order raising
- Creating files for new projects
- Tracking holidays, expenses and any additional ad hoc requirements
- Assist in collating audit information and working with other departments to ask for required information.
- Update excel files such as training matrixes, and logging of hours vs Jobs.
- Attend meetings and take minutes/notes.
- Any other ad hoc additional administration task requested by divisional director
