Fleet Administrator

 

Location: Brandesburton, East Yorkshire
Reports To: Fleet Logistics Manager

 

The Role:

To work within our Fleet Logistics team to assist with all fleet movement transactions, inventory management, reporting and general administration.

 

Experience, Qualifications & Training:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good with numbers and reporting
  • An understanding of CRM management,
  • Knowledge of IFS beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of Oracle beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar

 

Principle Accountabilities

  • Communicate with the Rental Division to produce a weekly movement report
  • Create projects and SharePoint folders for rental projects
  • CRM rental potential order reports – communicate with Sales team
  • Won announcements
  • Fleet movement updates – reservations, off hiring and availability reports
  • Cap ex authorisations and updating schedules
  • Disposal request authorisation and updating reports
  • Retirement process
  • Revenue data loads and reconciliation to source data
  • General weekly and monthly report requirements
  • Reconciliation of 6-monthly fleet stocktakes
  • General Administration and sourcing information from Oracle/Intelliview
