Project Manager

Purpose:

Managing several installation sites concurrently

• Provide pre and after sales service
• Undertake pre-tender site visits as required
• Manage projects from date of launch order to final handover, achieving agreed programme milestones and handover date
• Ensuring Variations to the contract are agreed and managed effectively
• Ensure projects are concluded to the accepted financial out-turn
• Responsibility for ensuring Health & Safety legislation on site is being followed and maintained
• Liaise with project stakeholders throughout the project life and build strong client relations
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

Experience, Qualifications & Person Spec:

• Positional experience within the sector
• Commercial awareness within sector
• Likely degree in Civil/Building background, Site Agent from Construction industry or NVQ 6/7 in construction
• IT literacy essential
• Knowledge and proven experience of current H & S site legislation
