Quality Controller

Purpose:

To control all quality issues out of the Brandesburton facility, conducting and reporting on daily checks throughout our production facility.

Experience, Qualifications & Training:

• Experience within the modular building business preferable.
• Good knowledge of all Premier products.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Previous experience of snagging.
• A calm logical approach to a multi-tasked role.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of Siniat & BG systems advantageous.
• IT literate in Microsoft word, excel, power point and outlook

Principle accountabilities:

To be responsible for ensuring that:

• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, both visual & measurement.
• Checking modules are compliant with specification.
• Conduct in process quality checks throughout production to ensure correct materials and fixings are being used whilst ensuring the capture of pictorial evidence on all “Critical” components.
• Travelling documents are checked to ensure all sections are signed off.
• All completed products are checked and snagging lists provided for each project when required.
• Non-conformance reports are generated when required.
• Monthly tape measure checks are performed and documented.
• Site installation audits are conducted as and when required.
• Conduct Internal audits when required
• Ensure H&S compliance throughout production.
