Premier Modular has delivered four-storey project offices for John Sisk & Son who are building a new £150m state-of-the-art campus for Santander in the centre of Milton Keynes.
The £600,000 hire contract also includes the provision of high-quality welfare facilities.
The building was designed by Premier to allow for a highly constrained footprint and features Sisk branding. The four-day installation programme involved meticulous scheduling to minimise any disruption to other construction work underway on the site.
The new head office campus for Santander is due to open by the autumn of 2022 and will be home to over 6,000 of their employees. Construction is expected to take 30 months.
