Delivered to site in just 25 days, the facility enabled almost 2,000 pupils to continue learning while the original school buildings were demolished and rebuilt.

Similarly, at King’s Academy Bay House in Gosport, our expert team delivered a four-storey temporary classroom building delivered to site, ready for fit out, in 17 days to support a complex heritage redevelopment. The modular facility ensured teaching continued uninterrupted while historic buildings were refurbished and new accommodation was constructed.

When buying offers greater long-term value:

If additional space forms part of your school’s long-term vision, purchasing a permanent modular building is often the smarter investment.

Permanent modular buildings are designed to the same building regulations and performance standards as traditionally constructed schools while offering the same speed and quality benefits associated with offsite construction. They can remain in service for decades and be fully customised to include specialist teaching spaces, libraries, dining facilities, SEND provision or administration areas.

For schools expecting sustained growth, purchasing creates a long-term asset that becomes part of the wider estate, avoiding ongoing rental costs while providing certainty for future planning.
