BRIEF

As central Londonâs most respected residential developer, celebrated for their high-quality homes throughout the city, Mount Anvil needed office and welfare facilities they could depend on during their expansion into Manchester. Located on the busy canal side, the temporary building required expert fit out and experience to ensure it ran smoothly.

The CHALLENGES

A limited footprint and close proximity to the construction site meant we had to maximise space
The inner-city site needed to keep disruption to a minimum.

The SOLUTION

Located in a busy city-centre location, we had a small space to work with, so a five-storey solution was developed to provide enough space for the workforce, including office and welfare facilities.
Offsite construction allowed for a speedy turnaround on site, to minimise disruption and enable the team to get to work quickly. Due to the close proximity to the building, fire safety was also paramount, which is why all of our modules are rigorously tested to ensure site safety.

RESULTS

Our existing relationship with the developers meant that we were able to use our experience to deliver the perfect solution to allow Mount Anvil to focus on what they do best – the construction of the project. Using one of our standard solutions, we were able to offer time and cost certainty, and being one of the only modular companies with capabilities to go up to six-storeys meant we formed the perfect partnership.
