Premier Modular specialises in high-quality mid-rise apartments and studios manufactured offsite. We standardise our components and manufacturing processes to help developers and contractors achieve improved productivity and efficiency through economies of scale, and greater cost certainty.
Our production capacity and speed of production allows us to produce up to 100,000sqm of living space per year in a single shift so we can work on large-scale developments. As our offsite solutions are manufactured and fully fitted out in the factory, there is much less time on site and the build programme is radically reduced. With fewer trades, this reduces prelim costs and minimises disruption to neighbours and stakeholders - and is a safer way of working in the Covid-19 pandemic.
As standard, our modular housing solutions meet all five main elements required to achieve a BRE Green Guide Rating of B or above and our building system is designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Housing Level 3 or above. Running costs are also kept to a minimum as standard insulation values are 28 per cent higher than building regulations requirements. Our homes can meet the design requirements of Lifetime Homes.
We ensure our apartments are fully mortgageable by offering an insurance-backed warranty package through several providers which are accepted by over 98.5 per cent of lenders and we are in the process of finalising BOPAS accreditation.
Offsite Residential Solutions for 15 Storeys and Beyond
Premier Modular is one of the first offsite construction specialists in the UK to be certified to build over 15 storeys, working to the European standard BS EN 1090-1 Execution Class 3 for fabricated structural steelwork. This means that following a rigorous assessment, we have successfully demonstrated compliance for structural stability beyond 15 floors, giving our customers even greater confidence in our design and construction capabilities.
