Delivering strength, resilience and growth through 2025 and beyond

17/12/25

We have successfully navigated challenging market conditions in 2025 to deliver expansion, customer wins, stand out projects, and strong team growth.

Resilience and long-term stability have never been more important, and at Premier Modular we continue to focus on ensuring financial security, delivering high quality projects, building positive relationships with customers, and driving expansion.

Strong foundations

We’ve been delivering modular solutions for nearly 70 years, and in this time, have grown to become the market leader in bespoke, premium, modular rental and permanent buildings.

Our track record is one of consistent growth, with strong financial governance and long-term investment support. This is reflected in our independent credit rating score of 100.

Being supported by MML Capital Partners and Cabot Square Capital has helped fuel our ambitions to make world class facilities more widely available in domestic and European markets.

As we approach the end of 2025, we are in prime position to accelerate this growth further and reinforce our best-in-class services.

Consistent and stable growth

Maintaining strong turnover and profits, we have built a stable base from which to grow and deliver high quality service to our customers across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education and infrastructure. We have a strong, well-balanced portfolio of public and private sector clients, and in the last twelve months our team has secured and publicly announced:

  • The delivery of our 500th module for service retailer Timpson, marking a major milestone in our 14-year partnership as their sole supplier of modular retail kiosks.
  • A multi-million-pound contract to provide new security facilities at Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports. Our team has designed a bespoke building blueprint that can be repeated at each site, and we will deliver 42 modules across the three sites.
  • The installation of a purpose-built, multi-use modular pavilion in Shirebrook’s town centre as part of the £15 million Shirebrook Market Place: Reimagined regeneration programme.
  • The completion of a new Community Diagnostic Centre at Congleton War Memorial Hospital. This centre, funded with £5 million from the NHS England community diagnostics programme, aims to offer a “one-stop shop” for various diagnostics needs.
  • The installation of a four-storey classroom block at King’s Academy Bay House School in Gosport to support a major estate redevelopment.
  • We’ve retained our place on the NHS SBS Modular Buildings 3 Framework until 2029 and secured a place on the NHS £1bn modular building framework.

These achievements are underpinned by continuous, healthy cash flow and a strong equity position, enabling our leadership team to invest confidently in future projects while maintaining operational stability.

Investing in our people

People are at the heart of our business and we’re particularly proud of the growth in our team, with our headcount expanding by over 10% in 2025

Despite the pressures of increased National Living Wage and Employer’s National Insurance Contributions, to support, inspire and retain talent, we launched a new 18-month leadership development programme and a monthly peer-nominated values awards scheme. These initiatives are helping us foster a high-performance culture grounded in recognition and development.

We also support local communities by creating job opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds through our dedicated Apprenticeship Programme. In partnership with East Riding College, in Beverley, our Apprenticeship Programme has been in place since 1996. Over the past five years, we have trained 38 apprentices and offered them employment – 23 are still employed with us today and six have been promoted.

Strong outlook for 2026

Going into 2026, we have clear growth plans, expanding our services ever further across numerous sectors building infrastructure including Education, Healthcare, Nuclear, Military, Justice and commercial industrial areas.

Looking forward, the order pipeline for both rental and permanent buildings is at record levels, with continued expansion into our key market sectors. 2025 has seen some of our biggest projects come to life and further opportunities are being added to the orderbook for 2026.

In the next twelve months, we’ll also continue strengthening our ESG commitments. We’re targeting net zero carbon emissions by 2040, and our vision is to be the UK’s most sustainable modular construction group, delivering modern methods of construction that protect the planet, empower people and strengthen communities.
