At Premier Modular, we build more than just physical spaces, we create connections in the community. Keep up-to-date with our CSR activities:

Fuse Youth Services does incredible work creating safe spaces where young people feel supported, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Through their focus on mental health, emotional support, and positive, creative activities, they make a lasting difference in the lives of around 100 young people aged 8-18, many of whom face challenges such as poverty, neurodiversity, or family breakdown.Premier Modular donated laptops to the charity, opening up new opportunities for learning, creativity, and connection, helping young people develop skills and build brighter futures. By helping bridge the digital gap, we’re proud to play a small part in empowering the next generation.

We recently revisited Reach Learning Disability‘s Flower Pod in Newark, a project that’s particularly close to our hearts. Back in 2022, we provided a three-module building to create a sheltered space for their activities. After a few years of use (and some tough British weather!), the doors needed a little maintenance, and our team were more than happy to help. What might seem like a small job to us had a real impact for the Flower Pod team, saving them valuable funds and even inspiring one of the people they support to take up DIY after working alongside our joiners on-site.It was great to reconnect with the team and see the space continuing to be so well used and enjoyed.
July 2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to community and corporate social responsibility, Premier Modular has donated 10 refurbished laptops to Bude Park School in Hull — a contribution valued at £7,000.
With our internal systems being upgraded to meet growing business needs, this initiative allowed us to extend the life of our technology while supporting local education. By helping bridge the digital gap, we’re proud to play a small part in empowering the next generation.
At Premier Modular, giving back to our community and protecting the environment are central to our values. Our latest beach clean at Mappleton Beach – the first of 2025 and third in the past year – saw 15 dedicated team members collect 15 bags of rubbish, helping to preserve the beauty of the East Yorkshire coastline.
A big thank you to our CSR committee for organising the beach clean, and to everyone who took time out of their day to support this important cause. Small actions like these help build a stronger, cleaner community for all.

To support the health and morale of contractors at Warwick Hospital, Steve Daniels, Project Manager at Premier Modular, has developed a dedicated welfare garden at the hospital during the company’s time on site delivering a project at Warwick Hospital. The dedicated green space has been installed with planters and hanging baskets that will grow tomatoes, strawberries, cucumbers, sweet peppers and more, offering fresh produce for those working on site to enjoy. Beyond nutrition, the garden encourages downtime in nature, promoting mental wellbeing and increasing the biodiversity of the project.
We partnered with CauseMatcher, an exciting platform that connects companies with charities to build impactful, purpose-driven partnerships. Now we’re registered, we’re part of a growing network that’s all about amplifying social value and supporting amazing causes. Based in Yorkshire, partnership will support us as we make a difference with local charities.

As Hornsea Schools U15 netball team prepares to take on a prestigious global competition in Loughborough this June, we’re proud to take them to court with confidence. Our sponsorship ensures they’ll be kitted out with professional grade gear, helping the players feel proud and prepared as they represent their school and Yorkshire on the global sporting stage.
We’re supporting Joe Fenton – local student and son of Chris Fenton, IT Manager at Premier Modular – as he takes on a once in a lifetime four-week trip to Peru with School and Camps International. Joe will work directly with rural communities and even climb one of the new seven wonders of the world, Machu Picchu.
We’re proud to be once again supporting Blue Light Weekend this August, a much-loved free festival in East Yorkshire that celebrates live saving emergency and military veteran services. With events including a colour run and raft race, the festival builds community spirit while raising vital funds. Our team members will be taking part as volunteers and participants to honour those who serve and protect the community.
We’re always looking for new causes we can support across the community. So, if you’re looking for a partner please contact us: csr@premiermodular.co.uk
