BRIEF

Premier Modular Limited was approached to build an estates office that offered the perfect environment for Knight Dragon to project the lifestyle of the new residential spaces at their Greenwich Peninsula Development.

The PROJECT

First impressions count, which is why Premier installed a state-of-the-art building equipped with all the facilities needed for Knight Dragon to successfully meet and inspire visitors and prospective buyers. When Knight Dragon needed to expand their accommodation, Premier was approached to supply and install an additional floor. This was completed in 2016 without any disruption to the original estates management office.

RESULTS

With the backing of London’s Mayor Boris Johnson, the Greenwich Peninsula is one of London’s largest regeneration schemes and will offer 10,000 new homes.
