Team Leader - Modular Fleet Operations - To work as part of our Modular Building Hire Fleet Operations Team. Responsibilities include carrying out movement of modular buildings as directed, implementing very good health and safety practices, and general labouring and cleaning duties on occasion
Project Co-ordinator - Our Hire Division is recruiting for a co-ordinator to support our fleet refurbishments to meet specific project requirements. Knowledge of modular building would be an advantage but not essential.
Commercial Lead - to take responsibility for managing contracts end-to-end for modular building projects. Our requirements - excellent communications and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time, understanding of technical drawings and building design, good problem-solving skills, experience of commercial contract review and financial project management.
Commercial Administrator - This role is to provide high quality support to our commercial team. Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills are required, IT literacy and the ability to work independently.
Head of Pre-construction - This role is to head up our new bid support team who will work on the preparating of winning bids. This work includes managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award stage, including value proposition, strategy and solution development, commercial considerations, partner idenfication and risk management. Responsibilities - the introduction and implementation of bid procedures, governance and processes. Strong people skills and commercial ability are essential.
Operations Administrator - This is an initial three-month contract for maternity cover and can be full-time or reduced hours Monday to Friday. General administration duties across our Hire Division and including processing purchase orders and payments to our suppliers and subcontractors.
