Premier Modular has appointed Matt Zawodny as After Care Manager, who will work with his team across all building projects.
According to David Harris, Managing Director of Premier Modular, "We take customer service very seriously and this key appointment moves after care to the forefront of our business. very single one of our sites is different – whether bespoke offsite construction schemes or temporary modular building projects. This means we need a bespoke, tailored approach to after care services."
Premier offers customer-facing interaction, with proactive site visits to support the first stages of major projects. It also provides either proactive or reactive maintenance services to suit clients’ specific requirements.
The after care service will also be used to inform Premier's continuous product development process and to further enhance its customer experience. A team of maintenance partners is in place across the UK to deliver a local response and ensure the shortest possible lead times.
