Off-site construction uses innovative methods of building that are safer, cleaner and more efficient, and which minimise disruption, guarantee quality and cost, and save time.

Schools, colleges and universities can all benefit from permanent buildings using these innovative building techniques from a small single storey classroom, to a large, individually designed, multi-storey, multi-purpose education building. These buildings can all be manufactured off-site, which will significantly reduce disruption and traffic to site, and also offer much improved site safety, lower construction costs and a much shorter time to completion. Manufacturing in a controlled factory environment ensures an accuracy and consistent quality of construction, and produces a better quality of finished product.

Quick to build

Whilst the site is being cleared and prepared, the off-site manufacturing of the new education building can commence. Using lean manufacturing methods in large factories with state of the art equipment for cutting, lifting, drilling and workstations, the building passes quickly and easily through the various stages of construction unaffected by weather conditions, and unexpected site problems. The new building is delivered to site when it
