Morale is certainly high in the office this week after the successful launch of our new, affordable, volumetric housing scheme!
Over 150 guests connected to the social housing market, travelled far and wide to our premises in East Yorkshire to attend the open days, which ran from the 18th-20th November.
The eventful days proved valuable for the guests, comprising factory and demonstrator-house tours, presentations from leading industry offsite speakers and a chance to network and make solid contacts within the social housing sector.
There was also the chance for Q&A sessions with our leading industry speakers, including the excellent;
• Professor Nicholas Whitehouse MBE, Oxford Brookes University
• Jonathon Wilson, Goodwin Trust
• Steve Riddell, Innovate Offsite
• Steven Padley, Vinden
• Martin Horsler, Checkmate
• Janine Armstrong, Checkmate
Our volumetric house, designed, developed and built offsite in our factory, is HQI and LABC compliant, Lifetime Homes approved and code 4. It also boasts a 10-year warranty (CML approved) and has a proven low environmental impact, with low energy consumption offering reductions in fuel poverty and rent arrears.
The open days were certainly well received with clients already interested in what we have to offer. All in all a great showcasing event, with a fantastic end product!
Special thanks to everyone involved with this project, you all know who you are…
