Excitement builds at Premier Modular Ltd as we look forward to the Offsite Awards and Construction Enquirer Awards evenings to be held Tue 18th Oct at UK Construction Week , at the Birmingham NEC.
Premier have been shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Volumetric Technology’ category for our recently completed New Islington Free School project in Manchester. We worked as sub contract partners to Conlon Construction who will also be joining us at the awards ceremonies.

The Offsite Construction Awards celebrate the best in precision building design and delivery. The Awards will reward outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products and systems that strive to develop a sustainable, streamlined and cost-effective way to deliver a better built environment. The Awards will showcase innovation, celebrate best practice and recognise overall expertise in offsite construction
The Construction Enquirer Awards will recognise the industry’s best companies to work for and the best firms to do business with. Online voting allowed real industry people to have their say choosing construction’s top performers.
At Premier we always strive for innovation and excellence and are proud and excited to have been shortlisted for these awards. This comes shortly after ‘The Foundry’ in Newcastle, a student accommodation project we worked on with Sir Robert McAlpine, winning the ‘Project of the Year Up to £10m’ at the Construction News Awards.
