It was with interest I read the attached article in Property Week over MMC Housing.
It is good to see recognition of a clear need for clients / developers to take a volume approach to maximising the benefits of MMC in Housing Construction. Without this acceptance that volume will drive benefits, it is unlikely to realise its potential.
In my days within the automotive Industry it was obvious the year on year improvements in products, combined with reduction in costs, came about from longer term partnerships, working together, driven by volume orders and longevity.
